I regularly offer grief support groups for people in Berlin. I also run workshops on grounding, body awareness and self-massage for refugee women. I also teach Shiatsu and run practice weekends for students at the European Shiatsu Institute ESI.
This weekend we will be deepening the content of levels 1-3.
The workshop takes places on Saturday and Sunday in the beautiful rooms of the European Shiatsu Institute (ESI), Bizetstr. 41, 13088 Berlin

Experience a soothing journey of relaxation and connection together with your child through the art of Shiatsu. This Japanese form of massage on the clothed body is a source of depth that lightens the heart and frees the mind. Shiatsu has a simultaneously balancing, calming and revitalising effect and stimulates the self-healing powers of body, mind and soul.
